Last year some family friends (Kathi & Rich) gave us this really cool little animatronic teddy bear the reads "Twas the Night Before Christmas". It is kind of like the predecessor to the little bear in AI. But I digress. Since we are a fully 21st century family, and see no reason to do anything for ourselves that technology can't do for us, we gather merrily around the HDTV (even when off it has replaced the Fireplace as the heart of the home) to listen to this robotic telling of the classic poem.
All is well until the baby gets bored and decides the true purpose of a talking teddy is the same as that of the Cat: something to touch and torment.Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good night!
